JADA'S BIRTHDAY!!!

Sunday was a very hard, sad but happy day. First of all, we took a 4 hour trip to Dianbai, Jada's orphange. We got to talk (through an intrepretor) about Jada and see her founding place. I think Jada has had a very hard and sad first year of her life. But, with my love and the love and support and of course, playtime, from wonderful family and friends.............she will certainly never feel alone again and will learn to feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I have to admit I was proud when Jada wanted me over the nannies. :) We have certainly developed a mommy/daughter relationship. The nannies gave Jada a birthday cake. They remembered. Isn't that sweet? So special. We brought that home and had a birthday party with other little girls. Pictures are posted for that.

I am dreading the airline trip home. The bus ride to Jada's orhpanage was very hard at times. I am worn out. My arms and wrists are really hurting today. The group has a tour today but Jada and I decided we wanted to stay home in our room. We had a really good breakfast together, just the 2 of us, and now we area playing and napping very quietly. See, you all, quiet time is a good thing.

Please pray for our trip home. 3 more days and we will be heading to our home!!!! YEA! We love all of you!!!! And a special kiss and hug to Jada's grandparents waiting for us. HI Mom and Dad, we are doing okay. We can't wait to see you. Jada and I hope that you especially are enjoying our pictures.
